At our practice, we strive to provide excellent care at reasonable costs. Payment is required at the time of service.
We offer various payment options for your convenience, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. Should you have any questions about your account or payment options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Often, a simple phone call can resolve any inquiries.
Please keep in mind that regardless of your insurance coverage, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, CareCredit, and money orders. However, we do not accept personal checks.
You will receive a monthly statement from us. Most insurance companies typically respond to claims within four to six weeks. If you notice any discrepancies or if your statement does not reflect payments from your insurance provider, please contact us promptly. Any remaining balance after your insurance pays its portion is your responsibility, and we appreciate your timely remittance.
